1. Prize Claiming Process (Website & Tickets)

• The Ticket System: All giveaway and contest winners must claim their prizes directly through our Official Support Website by opening a support ticket.
• Claim Window: Winners have exactly 7 days from the time the winner is announced to open a ticket and claim their prize.
• Forfeiture: If a ticket is not opened within this specified timeframe, the prize will be considered forfeited. We reserve the right to redraw the winner or restart a new contest or giveaway.

2. Right to Modify or Cancel

• Flexibility of Terms: PandigmaCraft reserves the right to change, modify, pause, or cancel any contest, giveaway, or promotion at any time, for any reason, without prior notice.
• Rule Adaptations: This includes, but is not limited to, changing entry requirements, shifting the end date, altering the prize pool, or adjusting the selection process to ensure fairness.

3. Member Responsibility to Stay Updated

• Check for Updates: It is the sole responsibility of the players, entrants, and community members to regularly check the applicable contest channel or website notice boards for updates, rule adjustments, or scheduling changes.
• No Individual Notifications: We are not responsible for individually notifying or tagging participants regarding changes to the contest or its terms.

4. Zero Liability & Fair Play (The "Spirit of the Contest")

• No Losses Liable: Participation in our contests is entirely voluntary. PandigmaCraft staff and affiliates hold zero liability for any perceived or actual losses (including time, digital assets, or potential winnings) incurred by participating, not winning, or not receiving a prize.
• Spirit of the Contest: We expect all participants to play fair. If a user is found to be attempting to "skirt the spirit" of the contest, exploit loopholes, use multiple accounts (alting), or bypass explicit requirements, they will be immediately disqualified.
• Discretionary Denial: We reserve the right to deny prize distribution to any user who violates these rules or acts in bad faith. No compensation will be provided for prizes withheld due to rule manipulation or cheating.
